coffee and cowls.

There are two things in this world that will always bring me comfort, besides my faith and family. They are coffee and cowlsThe first fills me with warmth and energy that I desperately need and the second keeps me toasty warm during this crazy cold Chicagoland winter.

Meet Jennifer.

She is the author of Busy Being Jennifer and owner of Homespun Happiness. This sweet friend was just recently on TV - how cool is that? Everywhere I turn online, I see her ads and her beautiful handmade items! Here she is, in her own words:

"I've been creating for as long as I can remember. I was making and selling at craft shows long before I knew anything about the blog world. Creating things that I love is as important to my soul & spirit as breathing is to my body. I'd be lost without it! Naturally I can't keep everything I make, well at least according to my husband I can't. And so Homespun Happiness was created. I love to keep it full of things that I've been inspired to create. Lots of sewing and crochet projects as well as a little jewelry."

So, speaking of coffee and cowls, when Jennifer asked if I wanted to review some items from her shop, I knew exactly what I wanted.

coffee cozy and mug rug combo - lots of little birdies

(let's not discuss the donut, okay?)

(Jennifer created the pattern for this - check it out here!)

The quality of her sewing and crocheting is impeccable! N has officially stolen my little birdies mug rug and uses it as a place mat and that beautiful cowl is my favorite scarf to wear now. I'm so impressed with Jennifer's work and know that you will be, too! Speaking of that, one of you will win ...
