on the topic of mama fashion.

This post was originally published over at Framed Frosting but I thought I'd share it here, too!

I've written before about how I felt like I totally lost my sense of fashion after I had N, while I was trying to figure out this whole new season of life called mamahood. How can I still look cute while lugging a diaper bag, a car seat, a stroller, and a baby around? Gone were the days of my 4 inch stilettos and, instead, I lived in flats and flip flops. I said good-bye to my dry clean only wardrobe and I said hello to washable cotton and jeans.

Now that N is a toddler and much more independent, I feel like I can venture back into the world of cute clothes. Here are some outfits that I'm currently loving:

I want every single outfit.

I JUST cleaned out my closet this week and was horrified by some of the things I found. If the waist came up really high, or the shirt did not clear the top of the pants, they were gone. It feels good to do that and now I can try to get back to some more stylish pieces.

I love all the outfits, but my problem is that I could never match and put patterns together!

Ouch... this post hurts, since I never made it out of my gym clothes after hitting up the Y the past two days. I guess my motivation for looking good starts and stops with my daily workout!
